What the fuck is their problem?
They have lots of streamers, people oshi their fucking manager, gets shout outs by major vtubers like Mori, majority of them are actually decent enough and active.
Why the FUCK they have something like almost negative growth? They shouldn't do this bad yet they do

They need to make videos/shorts. I watch other streamers and I can't be asked to sit down and watch their vtubers for 4 hours but I don't mind watching some of Kallin's videos. The problem with Kallins videos is that her titles and thumbnails suck ass and her videos aren't always focused. If management created this thread tell them to watch what Ludwig or smallant does and have their members create videos live on air.

I genuinely don't believe it unless they managed to luck out and turn a profit solely on Kana before sh dipped. Look at any of the girls revenue on Playboard and take into account how much their character design, models, rigging, and copyrights all cost in the mid to high thousands. That, on top of all the other non-art related costs definitely don't add up even with the couple of sponsors they did, considering their small size.

While I'm sure they did turn a nice profit on Kana in her brief time there, I think you're underestimating their total current revenue. Playboard only tracks Superchats. There are still YT memberships, Streamlabs donations (which takes out much less in fees), Twitch subs and bits, not to mention merchandise revenue and ads from VODS (that won't be very much, but across 14 chuubas, it can add up). I believe they've turned a nice profit as an agency with all those revenue streams

Tsunderia staff is one CEO out of his depth and two VTubers that are trying their best. The whole thing started as PPP's pet project, but Kana hit the algorithm lottery too early. He didn't have the resources to run an actual company back then, so he scrounged up what he could for staff and played it by ear. Compare that to the other startups that were founded by successful businessmen that have sold companies/crypto for millions and it makes sense that Tsunderia's business practices don't measure up.
At least they have a good eye for talent because their VTubers are among the most talented in the industry, even though most of them were completely unknown or had zero streaming experience beforehand. They've taken risks with a few of their selections, but it's paid off in terms of quality content. I firmly believe if they hired someone with experience in advertising and marketing, specifically in the YouTube sphere, they could pull Nijisanji numbers because their talent is easily on par with Niji

For people that enjoy retro games, no, Amiya isn't comparable not only to other small corpos, but big corpos as well. Not only that, but she seems to have a preference towards SEGA games as well which is even more niche. I cannot find someone like her in the rest of Tsunderia, nor Kawaii, not in PRISM, not in Hololive EN, nor Nijisanji EN.

Meruru and Pomu are my top two, but in this little amount of time Amiya has easily been the best that I've seen so far of all the recent new waves that I've seen so far across all big and small corpos.

If you look at the vtubers that aren't in Hololive and are growing on YouTube they either got featured on a big Hololive clipping channel or they have been pumping out shorts. Not even clipping Niji EN will net a lot for Niji's, hence why you even see Nina and now Pomu making more consistent shorts now. Not all vtubers are full time, and it can be asking a lot from them expecting to make 5~7 shorts a week along with their streaming, behind the scenes work, and real life obligations.

It's not really comparable when Nyanners has been active for like 10+ years compared to these smaller companies that all have been around for less than a year. The other VShojos have also all been around for a very long time. Even Hime Hajime who is a meme shitpost character that never streams and only exists to mock VShojo's fanbase is very successful on her other account.

That's just the benefit of having a brand to unify your fanbases and collaborate with eachother.
Maybe the lesson from VShojo's success is vtubers should stop reincarnating all the time and companies should hire established indies instead of forcing them to reincarnate. In fact this was already proven with Nijisanji hiring Kuzuha. He was one of their only talents to join Nijisanji while keeping his indie identity and fanbase and it benefitted them immensely.

But yes my point was that small companies should be picking up established indies rather than paying the startup costs of an entire new gen. It's cheaper and safer as you already know what their baseline viewership is. If you hire someone who averages 300 viewers or something then those 300 viewers will be absorbed into your company and possibly spread to the other talents when she's not streaming. Repeat this enough times and you'll build a successful company with stable 3 digit CCV that mogs all the other corpos while spending less money.

Cyberlive and Phase Connect are both doing incredibly well for corpos that started like 6 months ago. Cyberlive has Lumi who's getting raids from big streamers now hitting 1k CCV on twitch and Emma who seems to have enamored the SEA market. Not to mention Menace and Inori who got noticed by the algorithm and are growing. They seem to be the most twitch heavy corpo which breaks away from the Hololive model and so they're doing incredibly well despite being the youngest corpo here. Their speed of growth is matching and beating the other corpos despite being around for a shorter time.

Phase has Uruka, Tenma, Lia and Pippa carrying and doing incredibly well. They all get three digits and seems to have gathered difference audiences from youtube ads thanks to Sakana advertising them. Overall they lack more conventional singing GFE type vtubers but for the hyperfocused niche talents they currently have they're doing outstanding work due to the amount of money Sakana's pumping in. Phase gen 2 is will the one to watch for because once they get their own generalist charismatic mass appeal vtuber like Miori/Nene/Lumi they're gonna shoot up fast.

Kawaii is mostly carried by Nene, it doesnt seem like her viewers are spreading that well towards the company but Nene's a superstar that works insanely hard and doing incredibly well even on youtube alone.

Prism has Luto carrying them but since she's an extrovert who's only doing vtubing to talk to people, she might stream a lot less now which should be worrying for them. Shiki failed to gather a high CCV due to her health issues and inconsistent stream times despite catching the eye of the algorithm early. They have Sumi graduate super early because she's only getting similar numbers as her past life except with prism management being hard on her. Prism needs to fix their management problem because they're strangling their talents and it seems half of them have given up in trying harder because they dont want to be bonked by management.

Phase’s Pippa hits 200~350 consistently on both Youtube and Twitch. Lia is 100~400 based on the game she plays. Uruka brings in 300 consistently on any music stream she does. Tenma averages 400 ccv on twitch, with raids she has hit 6k ccv on twitch. All of these are overlapping each other too.

>> No.16301267

>>16301122
Yeah, phase is doing incredibly well and their talents are really not doing anything different compared to any other companies. You need shorts/clips on their channels, not on clip channels. It is something management might have to do but that can be a lot of work doing it across so many people to pump out 5+ shorts a week across them all.
