Ideally you should support your chuubas by Amazon wishlist or Throne since you only pay sales tax on the donated items. Here's the quick rundown on donation methods:
Throne/Amazon Wishlist: you only pay sales tax and a small platform fee. Best bang for buck in donated amount/received amount ratio
Streamlabs, streamelements, paypal, etc: ok option. Advantage is that your chuuba gets cash to spend on whatever, but also has to pay income tax and sales tax when actually spending the money.
Twitch/Youtube methods (bits, subs, superchats, etc.): Absolutely the worst way to support your chuubas. They will get roughly 50% and the platform will take the other 50% on top of having to pay income tax and sales tax. For every dollar you spend, they get 50 cents, sometimes less, and have to pay taxes on it. You should try to avoid donating via twitch or youtube as much as possible.
Just some food for thought. If I am incorrect I would love to hear it. I'm not too familiar with these methods, just what I've read.

I've done my taxes as a chuuba (about 7k-ish last year) and unless you're making a lot of money a few grand streaming as a hobby won't make a significant impact on their income tax.

The only thing wrong there is Bits, the viewer pays the "fee" here. If you send me 500 bits, I get 5USD but you pay a big mark up fee as a viewer.

From a chuuba POV, in terms of what I'd prefer (and probably most chuubas), Cash is the best option, throne if you want to give the chuuba something specific and also want to make sure she's not buying birth control so her boyfirend can relentlessly fill her womb after stream, then bits if you for some reason to pay through Twitch. Subs kinda suck (especially if you're in a poorfag country giving them) but I still appreciate them. Getting anything from a viewer is always nice.

I honestly couldn't tell you and I can never make heads or tails of my tax return copies so even though I've got scans I have no clue, I do know I got money back though for being poor so there's that.

I keep careful track of my incoming and outgoing money (equipment, stream assets, etc), enough so that the lovely jew my parents pay to do their taxes said that I could comfortably get away with classifying my streaming as a "business" on my taxes since he's apparently dealt with a couple YouTubers in the past so I also get a few shitty "you're running a shitty small business" tax cuts, mostly generic stuff though anyone can probably get off of one of those automatic tax sites.

My state also does not have income tax though so that played a big part in it. I'd say unless you've got a very significant amount of money coming in, then the amount you're paying in taxes are pretty minor overall.
