How do you calculate viewers churn? For example, suppose you have:

Would the formula be: 120,000 VOD / 8,000 CCV = 15, then you take 120 minutes / 15 = 8 minutes. So your viewers' churn rate is 8,000 viewers every 8 minutes?

No. From a pure entertainment perspective I like seeing the number in real time. From a what's good for the creators perspective it's good to see in real time what keeps people watching, what drives them away, and what content people are excited for. There's also the fact that people are more likely to click on a high view stream than a low view one.
