They know it, she knows it, and they are all okay with it, and it turns out to be this seemingly wholesome and quaint little thing on the outside, but just below the surface it's obvious that it's extremely unhealthy and weird.

Kiara embracing it and being way too personal and encouraging about it, and her fans not keeping her at arm's length either while seeing perfectly clearly how unhealthy it is for everyone involved, is just the cherry on top of the fucked up cake they are all a part of.

If that all seems a bit vague, it kind of has to be, because the depths of how fucked up the inter-vtuber/roommate/fan relationships are really can't be detailed here. It's plain to see, though, and unfortunately it is a very big part of the Kiara experience.
