I think I naturally fell into themed streams out of necessity. Usually they're planned considering what exercise I'll be doing that day, what other normal games I can play, and whether if I'm streaming on a weekend or not.

You are *supposed* to report income from Twitch/Paypal/Kofi/etc. Donations of any form of money have to be reported. Actual gifts (Steam/Epic games, physical goods, etc.) do not have to be reported unless it's a major asset (computer, car, home, etc.). But don't just take my word for it.
