Presumably she doesn't want to autistically repeat everything she says because it breaks the momentum of the conversation. Her conversation delivery isn't mostly reactions and exclamations like Pikamee, who can translate like it's punctuation. Coco has an actual flow she tries to get into - you can tell she tries to communicate with the viewer in a 'natural' way. Bartender rp.

This. It's always better to focus on one major language with some secondary languages interspliced throughout at the most.
Sadly being multilingual is a huge debuff. The most popular ones that actively entertain multiple languages to a large degree tend to get less overall viewership because it feels kind of clashy to the average person, and confusing to the rarer multilingual viewer who would have to get used to hearing the same thing said twice. (I don't mind it personally, it's indirect reps really)
Using the language as a prop - ie, "[language] challenge!", like the many Coco was involved in during her time, is another good use of it, and created some of the funniest collabs with the bastardized English that came out of Mio at times.
Another route is "well surely doing [language] only dedicated streams would work as well?" sadly does not work. There's several people that have tried to make it work and not really get anywhere with it, where people sometimes have 2 if not 3 separate communities with very little overlap because they usually don't know the other language(s). This is especially true of Japans pathetic literacy rates in foreign languages, and westernized places like Burgerland and the UK. (Aussies as well I guess, if they even exist, I'm on to your lies!)
