I don't think it's even close, streamers like Shroud charge anywhere between 20k and 50k for a single 2 hour sponsored stream, and he actually gets to keep most of that money (after tax), which means that if he only did 2 sponsored streams a month, he would already have made more money than the majority of corpo vtubers, without even counting the money from donations or subs.
I'm pretty sure that when holos do sponsored streams for various mobile gachas (or Xbox game pass recently), Cover takes a very big cut there too, and they would be lucky if they end up getting even 1/3rd of the sponsorship money in the end.
