Let's not exaggerate here. The Stars would probably be bigger on average but some members wouldn't be much different than how they are today. It's true that Kaoru's growth was reaching low to mid-tier Hololive levels (which was way higher than the normal Stars growth at the time), but he wouldn't single-handedly make the branch as popular as the girls. But considering he had the same kind of networking mindset that Roberu has (unsurprisingly) the Stars as a whole would have more eyes on it, probably reaching some milestones faster than they reached. I think Izuru will focus on the Stars after he finishes Uni. He doesn't have the same amount of connections someone like Rikka has and he appears to want a musical career, so this is currently his best chance at it. Other than that both Oga and Rikka are the ones definitely doing it for the fun of it, Temma is doing Temma things, and the rest is either fully committed (Roberu and Astel), or semi-committed (Aruran, Miyabi and Shien).
