I just rewatched the Ametori Clip from the Clip Review and holy fucking based, for the last minute of so before moving on to the next clip she's basically just dunking on management, saying how if it wasn't for Ame they would barely get any events or big moments.
Also that when Myth was all hyped about doing this or that (by themselves) she had to go "Hey, it's nice to do things by ourselves but we should get management to actually help us for a change". Then closes by saying how if we're lucky we'll see management actually do something this year and they'll be able to do bigger things (she says this last thing in a peppy way but I can only see it as backhanded when she literally just said management was not doing its job).

You don't know how many times people have tried to get roommate songs from Mori, Kiara, and IRyS in. obviously just inferring things, because the people involved mostly don't reveal these things publicly or only in general vague terms, they at least had to talk enough privately before to even float the idea of a collab in the first place. As for how Kiara got that idea in the first place, she sounded kinda infatuated with Vei during that time and said some praise for her. You know how she can be with her various targets of affection that catch her fancy from time to time. As for the other party, why Vei would even hang out with Kiara in the first place, the going theory at the time was Vshojo wanting to leech and get an "in" with Hololive, and probably thought of Kiara as the "weakest link", being emotionally easiest to manipulate with how positive she reacts to attention. Though of course that's the cynical and biased perspective, could just as well be that they honestly got along well and no ulterior motives, who knows.

Again, we can't know obviously, as we don't have Kiara's private conversations wiretapped and can only go off what anyone decides to share publicly. Though it should be somewhat of a hint that, as soon as the Vshojo arc found its current end with the Nyanners collab, there has been pretty much radio silence from either party, with Kiara not really mentioning Vshojo anymore (which is a telling contrast insofar as during the time leading up to it, Kiara would bring up Vshojo/Vei rather often, several times in a few weeks), and no one from Vshojo mentioning Kiara anymore (though I admit I don't watch them very much, so if they did, I could've just as well missed it if it didn't get a prominent clip etc.). Also around that time, Kiara's roommate made some vague tweet about some "friend who she thought could trust" or something, which was of course fodder for the rrats connecting it to the drama. Now, whether that means they really had some behind the scenes fallout, or just being not that interested in each other and nothing more is anyone's guess. We know Kiara has mostly moved on (that tweet is the first thing I see her acknowledging Vei in a long time), the current hot story is the Pomu-Arc anyway.

Kiara's always shown the most open-ness to doing things with people outside the company. On top of the Vei was a fellow European so she felt like she might at least have a 'meet up every once in a while' buddy nearby. I talked about it a few threads ago, but Kiara was super into it and it's obvious that Hololive didn't shut it down because Kiara collab'd with Nyan instead, but Vei flaked when the heat was turned up by both fanbases. Kiara was in an emotional slump at the time having just returned to Austria, so it would have been nice for her to have someone to relate to semi-nearby.
Once Vei backed out though, they kind of slowed their talks down to nothing in the public eye at least. I wouldn't say that it was purely an 'in' for them, but I'm sure the connections aspect definitely played a part for Vei and she didn't think the fallout from the collab itself was worth the connection.

I have a question about Bubba radio. How does it work with VoD's? I never really tried to get it to work, but is it possible to have it sync up properly with a specific VoD? I know Ame usually only uses them during the SC readings and general zatsus, but I really don't think I'd be very happy not having bgm on VoD SC readings because some of Kiara's best moments are during those times and even if some of the music gets repetitive, it's nice to have anything in the background.
