The straightforward truth of it is that she was still new and uncomfortable with streaming. She was playing minecraft for herself, for fun, and not for content. She just didn't want to stream when she was playing for herself, and doubled down on that recreational time while she was stressed from technical issues, mixing deadlines and growing pains from being a new streamer.
The problems (twofold) were that she was using the public company server for her 'me time' and consequently making it a part of her streamer persona even while actively avoiding making it part of her content, and that she clearly struggled to set boundaries and communicate clearly with her chat. When she addressed the issue, she was evasive about it and threw up flimsy excuses that didn't accomplish anything except harm her credibility, and her time spent doing this eventually reached the point of excess where it impacted other aspects of her vtubing. It became a cycle, the problem and its consequences were there for all to see, and she eventually knuckled down, solved the issue and made an effort to communicate more effectively. End of arc.

Growing pains like these are normal for inexperienced vtubers. She struggled and learned, and now it's behind us. Trying to retroactively frame it as sweet innocent kronii being bullied out of minecraft by literally just this thread is asinine. Her chat was full of people criticizing her for it, her comments section was full of people criticizing her for it, other vtuber fanbases mocked her for, she outright admitted that management was on her case for it, and it culminated with her addressing her fans directly in a guerrilla stream dedicated to the topic and vowing to do better--and she did. She's not a child, she received constructive criticism for a problem from diverse sources and genuinely grew from the experience. Let's leave it at that.

And given her new years resolution, she still seems very committed to the idea of finishing every game she plays, which is a priority I don't think I really understand. It'd be a blessing if she dropped games that just weren't working for her or which were just going to take too long to finish. My feelings are about the same.
Her hours don't really work for me usually, though that's a personal issue. This week's schedule is better in that regard but I think it's mostly because of the collabs.
5 streams is the ideal quantity. I don't mind if they vary in length, sometimes 1h is all a stream needs. Longer streams are good but they don't all have to be long.
And zatsus are a big thing. I'd love to see one a week, or at very least ending her shorter streams with a bit of a zatsu regularly.

And as a personal preference I'd prefer if long series like hollow knight were binged and gotten over with within 1-2 weeks instead of being spread out, and she rotated new games more regularly instead of having a space on her schedule practically dedicated to her ongoing playthroughs.

And if she's going to have a collab-heavy week where most of her streams involve another vtuber, it would be nice if she made a point of having a scheduled zatsudan that week as well. It just balances things out, because collabs are always light on chat interaction, and frankly chat interaction is my favourite part of Kronii's content.

Kronii only had herself to blame for that entire sitution given she chose the worst way of handling the it. People were upset because she was spending almost every night playing on the EN server. If she was doing this on her own private server, people wouldn't have caused such a stink but it was the EN one where whenever someone else streamed, she would almost always be online too to where people just started watching other EN minecraft streams knowing she'd probably be in the background. And it's not like chat didn't give her every possible off ramp to defuse this sitution like do them as members only (And then make it public afterwards), or do Fubuki style void streams, and she just choose to ignore and keep doing what she did. It also didn't help that she played so much that it adversely affected her sleeping habit and she overslept for a collab and management had to step in.

As someone else said, Kronii either intentionally or through her own ignorance kept stepping on rattlesnakes and it finally came to bite her. If she actually learned a useful lesson or is just bitter that she can't play minecraft as much as she wants to, we don't know.
