For reference, GunRun is the Primary owner and CEO. Basically he makes all the major management decisions and merch/promotion of the brand. Mowtendoo is co-founder/co-owner (smaller stake in the company) and CTO (Chief Technology Officer), which means he's responsible for shit like , buying tech, helping the vshojo girls with their tech, getting them models, ect. Word is Melody is also a part owner of Vshojo but there's no proof of that outside the fact she helped found it and was responsible for a lot of the initial talent selection.

Probably not as I didn't like Nyanners at all .. even back then. Twitch is the epitome of Western eceleb shit, vtubers were an exception because the Japanese had their own net culture and operate very differently from them. So for them to basically cast EN vtubers in their image is kind of the only way to get the idea to work and holoEN proved that by a mile.
