Haachama seems most likely. She's been in a weird place ever since March. I think she's not considering graduation right now, but I don't think it'd take a lot to put it back on the table.

While not super likely, Kiara has a lot of misgivings about Holo EN management and seems to idolize Nijisanji EN, so I wouldn't be super surprised if she were to go independent or even join Nijisanji.

Ya, Mel had one foot in each canoe for the longest time but I think seeing the immense success and gobs of sponsorships kinda woke her up to what she was missing out on by treating Hololive as the side gig. Compared to the start of the year, she is now doing ~70% less content each month on her roommate and there has been a noticeable uptick with Hololive the past few months.

Probably none, but if any, Calli, Kiara and Ame are the most likely on the EN side. Gura would be a 2nd tier and might be likely if the others leave.

I do genuinely worry about AkiRose over this coming year, while she has maintained a very solid core she is nearly moribund in terms of growth and new viewers. Whereas the rest of the 'bottom tier' have shrunk to low teens in thousands in monthly growth, Aki was hitting 6k.

To put how much she has ground to a halt in perspective, after the whole clip saga revival for her, she was at one point 30k subs ahead of Mel. More recently, they both crossed the 500k threshold on the exact. same. day.

In the four and a half years since Sora's debut, there have been a grand total of two mutual graduations: Coco and Holostars Kira. The hint is in the Talent pages on the website. Both are included on the talent pages as [OG]s unlike the China 6, Aloe, Chris, and the two other Stars, which means they were flat out fired.

Regarding health issues like Kira:
Even from a business standpoint, if Korone says "I need to take two years off", they'll prefer to either just do a semi-retirement or even give her a big break so they can continue to use the character in merch, branding, small cameos, etc. Especially with them dipping their toes into video games now, where gacha elements hinge on a catalogue. If Haachama can take half a year off for studies, they'll let someone else take time off to heal up. The only health issues they wouldn't be able to do this for would be terminal ones, which means the graduations would be followed months later by an obituary announcing the anonymous actress behind the character had passed away; and surely nobody is wishing that even on their most hated girls, right?

Regarding desire to go independent like Coco:
Holomyth (as a unit) and Miko are realistically the only ones who could follow Coco successfully right now. And with them bending over backwards to keep Myth happy and Miko seemingly being happy, neither is likely. Don't count on this happening often. If there's a problem with management, it is often going to be safer to get rid of the bad management over the talent.

Literally the only other reason would be retirement from streaming life in general to go down a different career path (some of which would still be possible on a reduced streaming schedule) or to retire to start a family (which arguably could be worked around, but would have to deal with Japan's idol culture losing their shit over their girls not being available).

I feel likeMyth in general have enough dedicated fans to make it as indies. If Mori streamed on twitch she'd be right up there with Ironmouse/Veibae/Nyanners. Gura too, even if she cut her numbers by 4/5ths. Ina and Ame would be able to maintain 3-5k audiences. Kiara would be the most borderline but most of the people who still watch her are hardcore FKP and would follow her. Council and IRyS are still probably too new to have enough followers that would watch them as indies.
