They don't sell out those 10k capacity venues. What they do is they rent out a larger venue like that but then section off large portions of the seating which makes those seats unavailable. Take the Rain Drops concert for example. Rain Drops sucks shit so there is no way they would be able to sell out a venue of that size. However, they still have to rent out a venue like that to keep up appearances from the Nijishitty golden age when people actually watched them. Enter the sectioned off seating that I mentioned above.

That is a good example of sectioned off seating. Those seats were never available for sale so they aren't factored in when you are talking about "selling out" a venue. So out of the 10k seats available in the venue for Rain Drops, only about 200 of them were actually available for sale. Rain Drops sold 200 tickets and they could technically call it a sell out since the other seats weren't available.

They always pan the camera close to the stage so all you see is the area right in front of the stage which is where all the available seats are.
