She really isn't that dumb. She can be air-headed for sure, but she picks up on concepts and ideas pretty quickly, can roll with the punches, and has a deep knowledge pool in a few of the things she's really interested in. She's probably at the same level of practical knowledge (i.e. handywork and maths) as most people who grew up during her age that came out of shit curriculum that schools all around the world were pushing, but she at least is kinda interested in learning if it has any interest to her at all.

I'm still on the theory that they did it because the EN talents began naming their direct managers when talking, the fans got excited about getting some of the insider scoop and made fan interpretations of them, and some managers on the back end got salty that Jenma, J-Chad, and Enma were getting celebrated and touted by fans. At least as far as I've seen the BSOD was incidental to YT chat being resource hungry. Whether it was an out of memory condition or high-CPU leading to overheating is unknown, but basically her setup can't take YT chat when it goes too fast.
