Something I remember hearing about the old infinity vocaroo is that it sounded plausibly like their respective personalities; it's not just that they literally sounded like themselves because voice clips but the clips used and the order in which they were used sounded like how the might react in that scenario, more or less. It isn't the long streams per se. It's the shouting and her whole genki vibe she consistently tries to do in all of her streams. She pushes her voice a lot when does those. Especially the fact that she doesn't skip SC reading right after long stream that has already strained her throat. If she only chilled a bit or rather just do her Q&ASMR voice, she should be fine. I'm so assmad about the Nepherlem voice situation. Years ago, at a convention job that involved a lot of talking, my voice started to get messed up and a coworker recommended to get a specific type of lozenge that is only sold in pharmacies, it covers the throat and voice box with a film, you can pretty much talk like normal, the coughing goes away immediately, cures hoarseness, too. I've seen vocalists shill it. She mentions all the symptoms I know would be resolved by it until she's fully recovered but I don't think she knows about it, it's probably not even sold in Japan. But surely it could be imported via some Amazon seller that ships to Japan? Then again, mail service is slow as fuck around this time of year.
And yes, she ultimately needs to rest her voice, obviously. This is meant to treat symptoms and allow you to talk within reason while recovering, without straining the throat further.

I think her throat would have recovered by that it arrives. That is if she actually rests her throat in a reasonable timeline and stop doing 6hr streams. She has to do change her streaming habits if she wants to stay longer.
