Huge thank you to anyone who came out for the chuuba choir Carol of the Bells premiere event! I'm so happy with how it came out. Everyone worked really hard, and the end result is wonderful. The reason I ask is Goblit. I have followed Leaflit for several months and she (and her mom) are pretty good but I'm not big into her.

i think that's the hand technique one. the foot technique one is called secret weapons 2.

the freestroke and the finger exercises from the jojo stuff helped me a lot with that. do those extremely slowly and make sure you're letting the rebound carry the stick back up. you'll know if you're letting the rebound do the work and your hands are relaxed because the stick will resonate. keep your arms still, and your wrists still too when you're doing the finger stuff

you might be holding the sticks too hard. try lifting your hand up from a resting position and just placing the stick in your hand. that's what it should feel like all the time. it's hard to explain over text, but it's in the jojo video. i think it's the very first thing he goes over. if you ever feel any tension, you should stop and reset
