Early-mid 2020, really, Though even back then I never watch her that much, not even during her Asacoco peak. Nevertheless, without her ability to speak English, she wouldn't have draw the same audiences as she is, otherwise, she'd been more famous even before Hololive. There is a reason why her solo streams and non-English are that abysmal and her gimmick back during her Coco and now was her talking about American/English content.
I guess Asacoco was one of her high points, but at the same time, it relied on the content of her colleagues/senpai and her riffing on that and also drew more viewers because of the translated
