In fact, if you observe the list, you'll see that the only time Fridays are on the list, are when there are no special Holo events happening (Dec 3 being the exception, because that entire week had HoloX debuts and Chloe Utawakus taking 90k+ on the other days, and all of them except Lui had 30k on Friday as well).

In conclusion : Fridays are not a debuff at all. They only appear to be so when there are no special holo events scheduled.
