Consistency requires discipline. Pekora is pretty consistent with her streams too, primetime JP weekdays, early afternoon weekends.It helps develop viewing habits and lets people clear time for their oshi if they know they're going to stream at (X time) every day of the week. Of course the drawback is that if you commit, streams outside of that timezone can get debuffed unless you schedule them in advance and let people know as such via community posts/twitter.
Also, Gura back down from peak, but GTA peaks around each of the big story beats and she just hit one pretty early in the stream (Chasing down the shitty TV celeb and humiliating him)

The lazy scheduling that council pulled early on killed their growth though. Just compare the number of streams and hours they pulled in the first few weeks vs holox.
