Streamers like Mizkif, Sodapoppin, XQC, etc all have this love/hate relationship with their chat, the "daycare" thing you call it where it's just back and forth trash talk and banter for fun and I don't think most Vtubers can handle it because they're used to just being worshipped and never really questioned since that's how they've grown their communities. There's some weebs mixed in especially with Soda but the majority of those viewers aren't interested in vtubers.

Zen has always been this way even in the pre-vshojo days, they make themselves the butt of the joke the way Naggzz does and then people pay to poke at them.
