EN vtuber scene is incredibly young and the audience is small. Add on that it's essentially an export from japan and most people will only learn about it by watching one company. It's not easy and not even this board can really pin down what smaller companies can do other than vague comments like "be different". The EN audience is also a bit tricky to wrangle, you'd be given the impression that people like seiso girls because a lot of people use vtubers as GFE and whatnot, but then you have anti-seiso girls like Luto being the standout in these groups. From the Holo standpoint, it's harder to mismanage to a point where you turn away viewers. Holo managers can literally do nothing (or even stifle them creatively as some would argue) and it largely won't affect the talents. Small companies are playing catchup and their managers to actually need help their talents grow

It's pretty clear by just reading this thread that most anons here are only vaguely aware of Prism just from reading threads, but never actually watched any of their content. That's not a fault of their, it's the fault of management for literally doing 0 marketing.
