Ame 9/10 Nabi nailed the femme fatale look, besides the dress being a trending design in Korea. Ame complemented the dangerous femme fatale look with a matching lore, which I think was a good idea. 10/10 With the long hair, it feels like you ran away from a party with the princess and we were playing video games still wearing the dress. Plus it has lots of accessories.
Mori 8/10 Safe and very pretty.I like the details of the hair, which is important because we will always see it on streams.
Gura 9/10 The design is beautiful and it suits her very well. She deserved a good outfit after the disaster that was the second one. Rigging 3/10, it's absolute shit, but we're used to it, it's not that important.
Ina 5/10 the dress may be pretty, but in streams we only see from the chest up. And in that matter, the new outfit doesn't change anything, apart from a hat.

Calli 8/10 A little bit too predictable, everyone basically knew it was going to be a red/black dress, but it's a solid design that really suits her and the wine glass with physics is a cool addition. I think it would've been cool to have some more lore elements added in but overall a great job.
Ame 6.5/10 I think they were going for a sort of Bond Girl look, but didn't quite hit the mark. The boob physics are just silly and overdone, which makes other things like the short dress, tattoo, sunglasses etc. which, on their own might've be ok, seem a bit seedy. As others have said - a bit like a high-class escort. I love the long hair though.
Ina 4/10 I feel like Ina's is just overengineered, there is so much going on. Plus the pattern is not for me, it's a bit garish, and it clashes with the relatively plain overcoat, they should've gone all out on the kimono pattern, or had a more muted lolita design like the coat. Tiny hats that look like they should fall off also sort of irritate me. The arms do not look natural, they seem too small for her and are so stiff. I do like the halo thing and her boots, but that's about it.

Ame's outfit suffers the most from being overly coom with the tit transparency and ruffling. Something closer to Botan's default top would've worked far better, but I guess they were kinda determined to make the top layer as close to a single layer as possible/didn't have a proper communication loop established.

Mori's main issue is that it's... just kinda a ballgown with a skull. Not much to do there.
Gura needs a a bit more contrast. The decorative Greco-Roman people predicted are sorely missing.
Ina is somewhat comical and feels almost parodistic.

Most people are rating this on rating scale based on sex appeal rather than strictly fashion, which is the only reason Ina's new costume gets rated so low and Gura's so high. Ina's original design left little up for imagination that any design afterwards won't be as "sexy" other than a micro bikini (obviously will never happen). Thus, all of Ina's future clothes will be essentially gothic lolita themed with a traditional JP twist. Her design obviously looks very similarly to Hokusai with the patterns and color scheme, while the ribbons are clearly a nod to Abigail Williams. It's also no surprise that Ina, who requested Kuroboshi-sensei initially, loves those designs and thus loves the new costume. I too also love the new costume, as I am also a fan of those designs.
