This. V-Tubers knowing how to play video games, despite it making up more than 50% of their career, is a rarity. I try not to mind, but sometimes it gets painful looking at the screen and seeing them forget the jump button exists. Yeah, I'm here for their personality, but I'm also here to see whatever game they're playing. If I wasn't, I'd only tune in to zatsudans.

I love Selen, not only because of her personality, but she plays Apex, a game I logged 300 hours in within the first month (no, I'm not exaggerating), and she plays it well. If any other V-Tuber knew what the fuck they were doing when it came to video games, they'd probably also become a favorite for me.

That being said, her entertainment comes from the synergy she has with her collab partners, just watch her first stream with Bonniver from Niji ID, they were bantering like old friends, even though it was their very first one-to-one interaction.

It is always nice for Vtubers to have a talent but god i hope top 1% video gamers is not the new trend. I dont want Vtubing to become Esports focused and only Esports.
