Nothing even really happened, she made this depressed thread about how she was hurt and felt used and nobody really thought anything of it except the schizos here. It didn't effect her OR Fauna and they seem to be alright again now. Obviously we don't know the details, but Shadow implied they did talk and of course Fauna's been quiet because she's 100% keyfabe. Issue with this is that Shadow isn’t all that yab worthy at all. She’s just moe little sister streamer that speaks her mind. She was drunk enough to barely be able to speak and the worst thing she said is that she was lonely and she was scared of everyone leaving her. Fauna doesn’t even promote her old company on the fauna account. she promotes them on a locked private account barely anyone sees because it’s locked. What is important about this “Hololive connection” because I’m not seeing it so far. 98% of them don’t even interact outside of Hololive Calli is the 2% and even then it’s with YouTubers who already have popularity.

There are other numbers than view count as well. I don't think it's a coincidence that 7mdigital (Fauna's friend) started being commissioned by calli and other holo members around the time Fauna's PL was stopping streams to prepare for hololive.

Again, it's probably less about the numbers and more about saying you were able to meet some of your idols/collab/work with hololive, which is a massive feat.
Also, cover probably avoids PL friends collabs especially since PL friends have a high chance of accidentally exposing PL stuff of talents with vods and the like.
That's why I used Sana as an example, Ina was able to get Sana into hololive since Sana was willing to drop any PL stuff/start new. If shadow was willing to drop her current life, Fauna had a chance of being like Ina to her. A collab with shadow as shadow obviously wouldn't be as effective as shadow joining hololive as someone else.
