Aoi needs to start doing her social media reps. From her fan engagement perspective, her fan arts, memes, are slowing down to a trickle because people realize she'll never look at them. Also from a networking perspective, most other chuubas who know Prism exists, even bigger ones like Millie from NijiEN, acknowledge how good of a singer Aoi is. If she actually reached out and tried to organize collabs, particularly music related ones with those, she'd be able to grow much faster

Meno needs to stream at more consistent times, and leverage her connections with her mama and try to organize collabs with her sisters. She should also do more shorts, her character design and her voice are perfect for shorts and one can easily go viral.

Luto and Rita are doing more or less fine, but I admittedly don't watch them enough to give adequate criticism. I guess Luto should try to collab outside of prism more often

Yura plays debuff games, but that's what she wants to do.

Shiki needs to have a more consistent schedule, actually do singing content (the thing she advertised her channel off of). and to stop doing watchalongs. Even ignoring the long break she took after getting 100k, her numbers have been in decline because all of the above.

Pina unironically needs to skeb A LOT of artwork so she can use that as thumbnails. Her model especially static is a huge debuff, which is partially alleviated by watching it in motion. The problem I think she has is no one wants to click on her streams or vods, because they're turned off by how uncanny the model looks.

Nia isn't doing as well as Luto or Rita, but I only really watch her karaoke, so the only criticism I have for Nia is that she needs to actually take time to learn songs and lyrics. It's a huge waste of a great singing voice.

Naki needs to stop being self-conscious of her content. I have a feeling she's especially nervous because she got the holomama model, and is afraid of not fulfilling expectations

Sara seems likeable enough, I have a feeling she also has the same issue as Shiki, inconsistent schedule makes it hard to catch her live. She has a nice voice but doesn't know how to hit the notes.
