I wonder if Hololive is allowed to pick their own names or if they're just forced to take what they're given like with the models. I don't see why they wouldn't be allowed to pick a name they're comfortable with that fits their theme though, it's not like the model where it takes a long time to make so of course someone was working on it beforehand. Kiara's friend Pomu I'm pretty sure picked her own name because Pomu sounds like Youmu which is her favorite Touhou character. But I don't know if Hololive's rules are different in that regard. I just look at the name Kiara and think, what would compel someone to choose this name.
