He's also one of the people who are the closest to her, and him speaking out about the situation even though it might violate Duro's privacy reinforces in my mind that he has good intentions. I agree that his approach often wasn't the best, like the Nick Nitro comment chain and stuff like replying to Manika's tweets. But I understand the emotion that drives someone to act like that. This might be a cringy comparison, but imagine how many people might have wanted to come out with allegations against Blizzard in the past but were warned against it because it could end up biting them in the ass. Sometimes it's difficult to choose between blowing the whistle on a matter or staying silent and pretending like everything's fine.

I'd rather not draw too much attention to it since it was a mistake of me to share it further and it's a big breach of Duro's privacy, but there's also a voice clip where Duro is bawling while saying she's powerless and being silenced. To me that's pretty conclusive that stuff we don't about has been going on behind the scenes for a longer time, but she can't talk about it while still working under PH. She might have been driven to that point regardless of much the drama had blown up at the end of the day.
