This is a 5 person indie band who do plenty of english songs cover without any problems. May be cover is just retarded.

I'm no expert on copyright law, so I'm just taking a shot in the dark here. But what is fundamentally wrong with karaoke streams? They're not broadcasting the actual recorded vocals, is there a law now saying you can't copy words? The karaoke music itself isn't ever the original, they stream itself isn't monetized at all and it isn't archived. At a push Ame's karaokes could probably fall under fair use through parody.
