It seems like almost all of this happened pretty quickly? It wouldn't have been a problem if she was only doing Hololive or her own stuff but she got caught between two allegiances. If there was more time she may have been able to pace it all out, while still being overwhelmed. Some complications came up so it made things even worse and now she's feeling upset.
