Not that I know. Vinesauce has been just a group of friends that collab with each other and raid each other for a long time. Long ago (like almost 10 years ago) they all used to stream on Vinny's channel and had an autopilot with funny videos running while nobody was streaming, but eventually they all moved to their own channels and I think it's been mostly the same since then. They still play games with each other and do their yearly charity event together. Limes still mostly raids the other Vinesauce members and friends instead of other vtubers too.

That's easy, Shindo Asuka, I often watch him. I kinda wish tho he'd be a little bit more popular so there'd be at least some translator or clipper, cuz I practically don't speak japanese, but otherwise I really enjoy his streams.
