If you keep the VODs unlisted, you can put them into playlists, and put the playlists on your channel. It means your channel doesn't get super cluttered with scattered videos, and you can organize them; but everyone can see them. And, to be fair, not many people watch vods.

I dunno, "arypie my immortal" and find the stream in five seconds on YT's searchbar instead of having to wade through playlists or just assuming it's not up at all because they didn't know you had playlists and didn't bother checking your channel after it wasn't one of the first results. would it be too cluttered to have both edited down vods and highlights on the same channel? edited down as in mostly the full stream but with only the menial bullshit and boring parts edited out so it's kind of like a lets play. and highlights obviously just disjointed clips of the funniest or most interesting moments
i like watching the former but i assume most peoples attention spans lean towards the latter + short individual clips, so i feel like with all that plus a second channel for raw vods it'd just be way too much shit and maybe not worth having that additional "slightly edited" category. i'm probably wayyy overthinking it but thought it'd be worth asking

People are enjoying it! A lot more singers this time around than last time, mostly people asking if they can be part of it. That makes me very happy, and it's coming along really nicely. Mostly, I'm super happy to see people stepping way outside of their comfort zones to try something new. That's the original goal of the project, and I'm glad it's been received so well.

Not everyone could make the rehearsal streams, it's almost impossible to coordinate that many people flawlessly, but for those who couldn't, they'll have VODs, and I made recording tracks that everyone can use to learn their parts and to make sure everyone's submitted recordings will be together. Besides Carol of the Bells, there are going to be smaller sub-units of 4-8 singers, recording other carols. There won't be streams for those, but it means we'll have a proper "concert" for the debut.

I try to avoid them, instead going for types that are created by more cards. Halfling's one of those times where I have to fall back to the wildcard creators. Halfling's a supported card in Magic, with a whopping THREE whole cards that have the type.

I thought about using the Kithkin type instead, which is Magic's offbrand Hobbit type, but they have a unique facial structure that didn't fit. Also, the only Kithkin tokens are also Soldiers, which didn't seem to fit either.

Which chuubas do you think are the easiest to approach and DM? Which chuubas respond the fastest or most frequently?

- Some cards create tokens out of thin air. Official tokens are usually available, but you can use anything.

- Infect's poison: Players start with 20 life and lose when they reach 0. Players also lose if they accumulate 10 poison counters. Infect in general is causing harsher forms of damage.

Lore wise, Phyrexians are the Borg, except magical and with a lot more undead. Not fitting for a hero, but sorta fitting for a semi-mechanical bugman.
