Do you play video games while watching vtubers? If so what games do you play and do you find it easy to focus on both the stream and the game?

Depends on the stream content
If it's a chatting stream or stealth zatsu like cube game I'll play something I don't need to pay attention to as much, like PoE/souls games/MMO grinds/TFT
If it's a game or stream idea I want to actually pay attention to, I usually don't play vidya and just watch
If it's karaoke I'll use it as background music for pretty much anything

A little boring without sound in the background while playing Football Manager, so I usually keep a stream up.

Doesn't' necessarily mean I pay attention to what's happening on stream though.

Yes. The only exception are collabs, reviews (like meme review) or exceptionally dynamic streams. I find it easy to focus on both. In fact, I NEED to focus on both because NA-primetime streams are 1-4AM for me. If I was only watching streams, I would fall asleep.
