The issue is that they haven't stepped in at all.
Manika was getting hate within the first 200 subs but they didn't make Nick take anything down or stop what was going on. Infact, Nick tried to direct hate towards Duroppu and called her names without even issuing any kind of apology, and when Duro came and said something to him, he iced her. Later he silently deleted the comment chain.

They never tried to make Manika correct her behaviour towards Duroppu, and people noticed. Then she posted a tweet acting like she had a milestone as soon as her subs ticked onto the same number as Duroppu.
Then a bunch of shit later and they announce "We did a thorough investigation." Okay there are screenshots proving she did tweet out when she ticked over on the same subs, after doing a collab stream, tweeting out about and being active on Twitter all day to prior.
She'd been on 500 for a good few hours before that tweet.

So how does an investigation where it's documented turn up "nothing happened"

I don't know who any of these people are or even care about the goings on of SEA companies, but I was bored, so after reading both the OP and the fan's perspective, it's painfully obvious to me what is going on.

It seems to me like the company is trying to force this Duroppu girl out because of her disease. Or more accurately, they think they will make more money by investing all their time, energy, and money into the talent that isn't chronically ill. There's no reason for them to outright fire this girl because they've already paid for the model and assets. It would also cause a ton of damage to their brand through fan backlash and most likely permanently stifle the growth of their fledgling company.

It really looks like they don't expect Duroppu to stick around for very long because of her condition and now see her as a wasted investment. It's obvious they want the new girl to be their front-runner and are now prioritizing her at the expense of Duroppu, going so far as to side with the new talent even though she is undeniably bullying the other one.

So yeah, this company looks like scum to me and should probably be avoided.

But this time, he didn't rile up his audience to subscribe to her in exchange for remixed songs. This resulted in her gaining a measly 5 subs in the last 24hours, as seen on socialblade. By comparison, Manika gained more than 500 within a day. Sure, I'll grant her that she's more energetic and talented than that ugly ass furry. But that would net her what, like 20 legitimate subs at most? I thought I'd make this comparison because some people took issue in calling them "botted subs", even though they're as close to that as you can realistically get.

I watched one of her VODs just to see what she's like and she's just not entertaining in the slightest, although I'm aware that's just my opinion.
