We all start somewhere. If you feel bad enough, why not offer some feedback? Don't act like you would on this board, just give a (fake) compliment and point out something they may want to work on.

I respect "bad" artists more than unqualified critics standing on their shit constructed pedestals when they've never even tried to be creative, or gave up a couple of days after starting it because it was "too hard", coping with "It's not for me anyways"

Walfie is actually really good though. Although it's not an outstanding feat of artistic ability, it takes a lot of know how and experience to simplify designs into super likeable and expressive characters like he does. Things like >>14003604 are overly ridiculous and simplistic and it's easy to do that to make something cute or funny. I'd be able to replicate or make something similar to that but when I try to draw something like walfie it lacks the soul in his art.

I think sharing it even if it's bad and watching the improvement is very inspiring. You feel really tempted to delete old art because it's embarassing, so many artists just make new accounts after new accounts. But the ones that can show their early shit basically say "yeah, I was garbage too, so what? I'm good now and you too can get good if you keep at it" are the best to see.
