We were right to be concerned, and this is her status now -after- a beastly marathon week steaming more than probably several Council members combined on a buff game. If she was a good and no interest was lost she was often hitting like 3-6k streaming around these hours. Hardly 1k in NA prime is quite literally NijiEN tier - as is her subcount.

The real factor at the end of the day is SC income and we'll have to see what that is like within a month of post-return streaming. If that falls then it is basically totally undeniable, as that was her one really strong point was hitting really far above what her other stats suggest.

I tried watching her for a bit, and during those few times I did before she took her month long break, I found her extremely boring. She doesn't really say much but the typical streamer shit like reacting to whatever is happening in the game, and maybe read a superchat that pops by once in a while. If she wants to get popular, she needs to open up a bit and do stuff like tell funny stories, react to superchats more, single out a couple regular chat comments, and she will gain popularity fast, the leech clippers would all swarm to clip those moments and she will attract more people to her streams. Maybe she is doing that now but it seems like it's too late, the month long break shortly after debut killed her momentum, everyone else in council who still streamed during that period have established their character enough to the public where people can easily relate to.
She was given a dream work at home career and she isn't taking full advantage of it.

Sana doesn't have any of those helping her. The "rising tide raises all ships" don't work because Council has been actively debuffing itself. No external group dynamics made yet. No signature 1on1 pair outside of Ina which was already a PL thing. Baelz is supposed to be in the same continent but these 2 have not collabed so far. Council is praised for the amazing group dynamic between all members but theres still a feeling of awkwardness when all 5 assemble.

Obviously its only been 3 months but Sana needs to pick up the pace a bit. Most people compare Sana's growth with Kiara. Difference is that even at the start the chicken has been active in connecting with other Holomen.

THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING RELEVANT, UNIQUE OR REVOLUTIONARY
myth had to pioneer almost everything that made them work, from schedules and unarchived streams to pumping members only content
I don't recall anyone from council bringing up games that were picked up by JP, it's like they looked at permissions and just said "ok, this will do"
they take A LOT of breaks, they are too comfortable because their only direct competitor, nijiEN, is competing for the holoID market market instead (pandering to SEA)

I can feel you, im new to EN so I tried 4 random girls that were live at certain points.
first I clicked Bae, threw like 4 comments, she reacted to one of them, I was like cool, she talked about random stuff and I was like eh, maybe I'll check her later, not bad.
I randomly went to a calli's stream, she reacted to 3 out of my 5 comments and that surprised me, her pokemon playthrough was a community collab one where they all decided on pokemon names and they all planned on how to prepare for the elite 4, even big decisions in battles she would debate with chat and then make a decision, was really fun and felt like an interactive stream instead of a passive one, I decided to give her a sub and check out her future streams. and finally, Ina and sana, they just don't want to interact with chat and im not talking about me, I was just watching people in chat and they'd ignore all of it, ina would reply to one stupid pun every once in a while and that's about it, while in sana's chat, you had autistic people asking the same question 7 times in 5 minutes, was just not a good place to be, both only replied to superchats. at least ina got a certain type of audience following her due to time/experience and the Gen1 buff, but sana needs to interact more, even by just telling a story here and there, let chat know her more. even subaru, who I don't understand a single word she says, is more interesting to watch
