Zoo animals know keepers bring them food.
They also know animals will continue to bring them food because they have extablished a routine and expect food at exact time every day even.
The accidents happen, but they're accidents and exceptions and no reason for keepers not to do they job which involves actually going into enclosures and feeding animals.
And yes, kneeling next to the animal while you feed it, socializing it, is part of taking care of zoo animal.
You NEED to socialize it and made it used to you safely and establish trust so it's less likely to maul you if you fall and sprain your ankle of if a visitor falls into enclosure.

So the reason why I was looking into the mobile version was because I can send Superchats through Google Play points but ONLY on mobile, as in, I literally had to be on my phone for it to even be an option.
When my desktop was stuck on the mobile mode, I tried looking at some live streams (like Kiara's, since she's live right now) but all it showed me was the stream and then recommended videos on the side. No chat even showed up for it to be an option, and I'd have to clear cookies to get it to revert back anyway.
I think the conclusion is that Google or YouTube or whatever only care about mobile.
