I one time had the flu really bad when I was 11-12 years old.
I woke up feeling like total shit and was drenched in sweat.
I instantly felt like I had to throw up. I got out of bed to go to the bathroom but I collapsed onto the floor and literally had to crawl on my belly to make it to the bathroom.
After throwing up I had to climb up onto the faucet to wash the puke out of my mouth, then I just went back to sleep on the floor.
My mom got a call from the school I didn't come in and checked up on my during her lunch break, and found me passed out on the floor and rushed me to the hospital.
It was a pretty bad flu, but the doctors felt I didn't have to stay the night so I went back home and just bed rest until I got better.
But that flu was definitely the most sick I've ever got in my life.
If covid is worse than that, I for sure don't want anything to do with it. I got my booster shot yesterday, and I'm really hoping Omicron isn't vaccine proof.
