They're condemned to be low-middle tier holos unless they bring something good and new to the table. I'm not really impressed by 4 out 5 debuts at all. But the true test isn't the debuts, but how they deal in a normal-ass week 4 months after the debut, not being propped by something else.

I have to hand it Cover, you really have to try your damned best to debut an entire generation where not one of the girls is promising. I guess at least my time management won't take a huge hit.

Anon they didn't even intend to bring out an entire generation. These girls all applied to be VSinger JP which is why they all released songs and are pretty good singing talent. Cover just realized they had enough talent on their hands that it would be better to bring them all on instead of only selecting 2. In order from most to least favorite:

Laplus is perfection incarnate. Incredible character work. Adorable voice that fits her design perfectly. She even turns her shortcomings into cute bits. I love her so much its unreal.

Chloe I think will probably be the most popular in the long run. Her cute engrish and singing voice is too strong for her not to be. Her personality kind of gets on my nerves though, and I get the feeling she'll rub a lot of her senpai the wrong way as well. She seems weirdly confrontational in a passive aggressive way. May just be character work being interpreted the wrong way, but something feels off.

Coyote also has incredible character work. She portrays herself as smart as she's supposed to be, and is so far pulling it off and using it to bounce off the others really well. Not quite my type, but she'll do well.

Lui is a great supporting character as a motherlike figure, but I don't see her gaining a really strong following on her own. She plays really well with Laplus especially.

Iroha is going to have a hard time. She was the last to go and made the weakest first impression. I also think she has the weakest design. Hopefully she has a strong skill hidden away to make up for it.
