I'm definitely not in the loop, having only just now watched this video and somewhat known of him beforehand but never really got into watching more than a couple of clips. So this might seem like an ignorant question... but, where's this apology that everyone is shitting on him over? In the video he said "apologies were exchanged", that doesn't mean he's the one that apologized... it means that both parties did. Both parties probably could have done things better for this situation not to get this fucking bad, right? So acknowledging that and mending bridges just makes sense.

Nux has buried the hatchet with this video, and ostensibly has the last word on the whole drama due to the receipts and chatlogs.
Everyone now knows Vshoujo didn't do anything about doxxers using their domain to phish indies and swat them (Nux had to issue the public warning for them, last month).
Everyone also knows the "law enforcement" angle is bullshit. It was just a "cyber security expert", and there was no actual police involved.
Vshoujo now cannot talk about this anymore. Their reputation is somewhat tarnished, but since Nux didn't go nuclear on them (he's a good guy despite the cringeworthy persona) they can still continue streaming and getting simp money without any issues. Maybe 2-3% of their more savvy viewers will be lost.
Nux was probably in danger for a bit there desu. But his connections with indies and actually having good friends to back him up pulled him through. A 2view would've just hung themselves by now.
