It seems like there are very few who feel the drive to organize big stuff in Holo in general. Kiara is one who organizes a lot of collabs, while Ame tends to only organize when she has an idea she finds interesting. I don't watch JP, so I can't speak for them, but I don't feel like there are many of them that organize more than a 1on1 collab. In ID it seems like it's pretty much only Moona.

It can get tiring to be that person who always organizes stuff, especially if you are not in a leader position, or if you are an insecure person. Kiara fits both.

more members of holotori actually will make it more likely for sub-group collabs. there aren't a lot of 5 person collab games, and Kiara has already mentioned how weird it can be doing a 4 person collab for a group of 5 people numerous times, so when Lui's ban is up the odds of a 3-person collab go up since that's "easier" and avoids leaving one person in particular out. There was something that irritated me recently. Kiara has mentioned here and there that she would like more reach, i.e. more grey names/newer viewers in the chat. She then followed up by talking about how she felt bad because she didn't speak much Japanese recently and thinks she's self-translating a lot less but realizes she's part of the EN group and was mad that people were talking about her self translating again. I'd be inclined to agree with you if I didn't feel like that said unity is nothing more than lip service in the case of Kiara. Believe me, it does not make me happy that Kiara declined the participation, but the points she raised are hard to disagree with, in addition to one point which she did well to not talk about. The main problem in my opinion is that Kiara got burned way too many times by collabs during her career, with organizing a vast majority of the stuff she participated in and more often than not carrying desperately (or trying so) said collabs on her back on her own. And what she got in return is less than stellar: she got barely any recognition, almost no return invitations and there were times when antis accused her of leeching/ruining collabs. Council even made things worse, as now it seems like no week goes without a spontaneous collab that starts when she's asleep. Imagine how terrible it must feel when you wake up and you see that your closest colleagues had a blast and you had no chance in getting closer to them yet again.
If you ask me, unless something changes, I'm not looking forward to the next months, as I feel like she'll spiral more and more into a sololive streamer. Most of the EN Gen 1 events that she missed were spontaneous things that were really hard for her to make it to anyways. Kiara frustrates me sometimes. she wants to expand her audience, but she is slow in trying new things. She wants to be known for her singing, but her karaokes are getting rarer and rarer. She wants to be invited to more collabs, but she turns down open invites. Why is she sabotaging her self? I hate that I care so much. That I get upset on her behalf. She going to keep isolating herself and fall into a depression if this keeps up. She is so ridgid in the way she does her schedules, not allowing any flexibility in how she plans them.
