Ina regularly produces art with SOVL, it just isn't the "high effort" art she's usually working on. Bit of a shame what being a generic anime contract artist has done to her in that regard.

Her chibis are pretty cute and expressive, and she has the best emotes out of all of Hololive.
Her pro art is very high quality even though very samey. She doesn't makes much art for herself, just for her customers, which limits the ammount of soul she can put into them.

On a technical level, its hard to argue against it being Ina. She's a professional. But yeah, i do think the way she draws tends to be a bit same-y. Personally, i rather like Marine's doodles.

Thing is the art she makes for other holos (especially JPs) is also her "pro art". Technically competent, inoffensive, generic, something they'd scroll by every day from random artists on twitter and think "that's nice I guess, I'll give it a like", except it's from another holo so it requires a written gush about how nice and thoughtful it is.
There's nothing exactly wrong with any of that, but I do wish she'd add a bit of character, humor, any little bit of interest and originality when she draws for coworkers.

I don't think there is any other option than Ina. Closest competitors are Iofi, Marine and perhaps Sana. But Sana has so few drawing streams that it's difficult to compare.
