What is the point of asking when no answer would satisfy you? NijiEN (and Nijisanji in general) has a looser chain in regards to management. If you want pure numbers then of course you would go to Hololive, they're the McDonalds or the Walmart of vtubing, everyone knows them, but Nijisanji simply has more freedom and has cultivated a naturally close, warm, and friendly environment in their EN, ID, and KR branches in particular.
