How has your gift sub RNG been lately? I've "only" received one in the last month. Prior to that, I had 6 or 7 gift subs at once.

-Raids allow for both initial discovery, daisy-chaining streams much better for relay events, and general group/company promotion for newcomers.
-Earlier monetization. Affiliate is piss easy to hit in comparison to YouTube's monetization, allowing emotes and whizzbangs much faster comparatively.
-Gift subs, allows those otherwise unable to enjoy use of emotes
-A "functional" live-clipping system, so you don't have to cock around with downloading whole VODs if one zingy moment happens and you want it captured right then.

Google's supposed to be rolling out a plethora of these, but we'll see how long it takes and how well implemented they are. Overall, Twitch is a better Live platform, unless you're on the giga grindset with the YouTube Algo in mind.

I know dead air is bad, but I feel I talk too much sometimes. I listen to some popular streamers and there's much more dead air. For example on the extreme end of the spectrum Ina basically never talks. And Kanae often has long stints of silence.
