It's very overdone and some people just don't like the game much, plus your engagement with the actual gameplay will dictate your enjoyment of the stream to some extent and a lot of people just don't care about the gameplay loop, but Ame will sometimes just chatter on about nonsense while playing so it's not a big deal

Source on this is my ass since it was obviously never stated why, but CDPR has their own interests in the chinese market. They previously bowed out of rereleasing that one game from taiwan that had something in it shitting on xi. It wasn't that long after the great taiwan yabbening, and it was pretty noticable that hololive was pretty much the only people not streaming it. She also hasn't gone back to witcher 3, and considering how it's the same company I don't think it's just because chat was being really retarded.
As fr as cyberpunk itself goes, it's still definitely a buggy pile of shit. I actually liked it and finally finished it recently, but it is objectively shit. Main story could still be a good stream, in another world.
