I browse webpages almost exclusively with PgUp and PgDn.
I use Home and End all the time when I'm typing. What do you do when you need to go to the beginning of a line of text and edit something? Reach over and click with your mouse? Hold down the arrow key down and hope you release it at the right moment? Just use Home. It's right there and does the job better than alternatives.
