2019 and 2020 Pekora pushed PekoMiko way more than Miko did. She was surprisingly aggressive in some situations with the baiting. If was baiting at all.
My rrat, so it's written, is that it was fun for Pekora. So she'd do it because she was comfortable with Miko and because was fun, but for Miko it hit too close to home so she'd be surprisingly defensive sometimes.
It doesn't need to be a romantic feeling for it to be a NTR. Just the idea of someone stealing the person who she was the closest to and relied for years can already trigged similar emotions.

As unlikely as it is for her to be up at this hour, I try texting a few times. As expected, no luck. Next, I try calling her, she almost always wakes up to a phone call. Except this seems to be one of the few times where she doesn't.

Please wake up, Miko-senpai. I feel like I'm going insane from not knowing for sure what's happening. So much so I'll do what would usually be considered unthinkable for me, I'll go outside.

I quickly change my clothes, grab my wallet, cellphone and summon a taxi through the app. In less than 5 minutes I'm outside getting on the taxi and heading towards Miko's house. She doesn't live too far, so I'm soon knocking on her door and ringing the doorbell.

"Miko-senpai, it's me, Miko-senpai."

Took her a bit, but soon I hear the sound of the door being unlocked and the door slowly opening to reveal a sleepy-looking Miko-senpai.

"Usada?"

She asks, visibly confused. Not only that, but she's completely disheveled, way more than she'd usually be from waking up, and she's lacking her pajama bottom. The smell coming from her and the house isn't the sweet smell I'm used to, it's a bit more impure, like sweat.

"We need to talk. Aren't you going to invite me inside, peko?"

"Ahhh.."

She looks even more confused now, but more importantly, she's hesitating. She looks back towards the corridor leading to her room, and on her neck, I can spot some marks. Like she took a beating, or..

"Miko-senpai, what are those on your neck?"

She flinches, quickly covering it in her hand.

"Ahh, it must've been some mosquitoes."

"It's too cold for mosquitoes, peko."

"..."

She goes completely silent, still hiding her neck. And I'm growing more anxious by the second, I'm sure even if I drop by out of nowhere she'd just invite me and take me as a guest. Why is she hiding like that? Or rather, what is she hiding.

"Excuse me, Miko-senpai."

I just walk inside while she's frozen in place. I can distinctly hear a gasp coming out of her as I storm in. I go through her living room and corridor to reach her room. My heart was almost ripping a hole in my chest and jumping out as I push the half-closed door open. And I truly wish the smell coming from this room isn't what I think it is.

"Ahhh.."

And there she was, in the same bed I slept just a few months ago. Suisei-senpai was completely naked, staring at me with a surprised look on her face. It doesn't last, as she immediately grabs a blanket to cover herself, holding it over her chest.

I feel like my heart is being broken into a million pieces. Over and over again. I stare in pure disbelief, my brain refusing to fully process what is happening.

"What is the meaning of this, peko."

Seems like Miko-senpai finally managed to catch up as she enters the room beside me.

"It's not what you think Usada.." She tries to justify, but the weakness of the voice coming out of her mouth betrays her.

"Is not what I think? THAT?" I point towards the naked girl on the bed. "That is not what I think?"

She goes completely silent again, just squirming where she stands, trying to come up with something. But she can't, because the truth is right in front of our eyes.

"I thought you said you loved me, peko. I thought you said you'd always be there for me, and that's what you've been doing as soon as we separate for a bit. Anyone will do for you, isn't it? Even HER."

The pool of sadness forming inside me quickly ignites, turning into a furious storm instead as I keep pointing towards Suisei-senpai who just stares at me with an unreadable expression, finally opening her mouth to say something.

"Like me? What do you even mean by that."

Her voice is as cold as ice. I suppress a shiver, my brain screaming danger at me. But I refuse to listen to it as I yell at her.

"You.. I don't know how you seduced Miko-senpai, but you're bad news peko, I've watched how you've been clinging to her recently, just leave her alone!"

She stares at me in disbelief before her face contorts into annoyance. Still holding onto the blanket to cover herself, she gets off the bed, taking a more active stance closer to me. This is bad. The fact she's much taller than me and her eyes, those damn eyes, make her look so threatening that I almost panic and run away. I grit my teeth and miraculously stand my ground, glaring at her.

"You don't even realize YOU'RE the problem, Pekora? It's you, it's your fault. Do you realize how much you've hurt Miko by your indecision? How depressed she was as you left her in limbo?"

I watch as she lets go of the blanket and instead pulls Miko-senpai closer to herself, grabbing and clinging to her body from behind, wrapping both her arms around Miko as she uses it to cover her nakedness. Her head is poking over Miko's shoulder as she lets out a disturbingly sweet voice.

"I'll give Mikochi everything you refused to. You just abandoned her when she needed you the most. I'll love her, take care of her and always be present for her. Shouldn't you be happy for your friend, instead?"

This woman.. I think I'm gonna puke. I hold back my disgust as Miko only flinches and blushes while Suisei has her completely under control.

"That's not true, right, Miko-senpai? There's no way that's true."

"I.. I.."

She completely avoids my gaze, staring at the ground as she tries her best to come up with an answer. This can't be..

"Miko-senpai.."

My heart sinks again. My brain tries to reject it, but exactly as happened earlier, the truth is right in front of my eyes. I've been so worried about losing her, about wanting to go back to how things were before, about having her stolen from me that I didn't stop for a moment to think about how she felt all this time. I didn't even ask, I just assumed everything would be fine. But I couldn't be more wrong.

My knees get weak from the sudden realization and I feel like the floor is being pulled from under me. I stumble forward, almost losing my balance entirely when someone grabs me. When I look up, a pair of blue eyes stare deeply into mine

Suisei is a fairly private person. She doesn't really talk about behind the scenes stuff that much and when she does, half the time it tends to be because of the chat's prodding or her shilling a collab or something. The other half of the time it's just her telling a funny story that happened, sometimes with names removed because she forgot to ask explicit permission from the people involved. For example, both Kanata and Coco individually have probably talked more about Anemachi than Suisei ever has.

So mostly it's obvious from the number of collabs she does with Miko, especially since Suisei is very much someone who always responds "I want to collab" to any requests and then forgets to follow up. And even there it's probably Miko, since I recall a Holo or two saying Miko is someone who does in fact follow up.
