This happens with a lot of indie vtubers specially western ones, they usually have more of a twitter following because they literally spent months in a "pre-debut" state and in general are way more opinionated on Twitter than their main channels, i don't know about this one though it just looks like shit with a cheap gimmick "uwu cute anime girl is gonna fuck you in the ass uwu" that only appeals to wannabe masochists

twitter following does not neccessarily migrate over to twitch and youtube. most indies find out about this too late
