Also, falseflaggers mostly shill by flooding threads and antagonizing posters. If you want to make people more comfortable:
1) call them out on their shit when it happens and try to limit your posting and make your posts distinct and not spammy to draw a hard line in the sand between yourself and those faggots
2) when it's not happening, and there is a good reason to post, make your discussion fit in. If you want to join Hololive-oriented discussion, talk like a yumejoshi about them. Don't post dumb ass ships, don't taunt people with them. One time I saw a (presumably?) femanon post about bullying Shien by sucking his dick in /hlgg/ and it was like one of maybe 6 or 7 posts about Holostars in that thread during his stream. I actually blinked when I read it because it actually felt like a Stars-swapped version of a usual coompost in there and you just don't see those that often without cuckposting. Weird example tbf, but I'd say the same applies to gachikoi/yumejoshi posts about how much you love your oshi too. I don't think any serious poster would have an actual with homo posts if they were either just independent declarations of passion for your oshi or little back and forths stemming from that kinda thing.

The only ones I see come close are Rushia/Miko/Subaru/Luna threads at around ~80 IPs
