That means the only exposure I get is TLed clips on YT. There`s a couple troopers out there translating VirtuaReal, there's at least one dedicated A-Soul clip channel, shit like that. That's (sadly) all I really know

There doesn't seem to be a big overlap in people who keep an eye on the CN vtuber scene and people who use /vt/, people can't or don't want to use Bilibili. People rarely even discuss Japanese vtubers here at this point apart from huge events and collabs

Yogiri has the best reputation out of those from HoloCN just because she's Taiwanese (thus none of that drama like with Artia) and was generally pretty good/chill.

This is a website dedicated to the appreciation of Japanese culture. Threads and boards celebrating chinese shit don't belong here or anywhere else on 4chan. The presence of English only vtubers or western vtubers without any connection to Japan is already stretching it, but are mostly accepted because it's an English only website. (Similar exceptions exist for western media in general). No one wants chinese media, a cheap and shitty imitation of Japanese media, here anyway. In fact, no one wants the chinese here period.

Apparently Nene got stalined in chinkichinki version of that assassin isekai anime just like Fubuki and Matsuri got erased from credits from all versions hosted by tencent in that detective one. That's the extent of my knowledge about Chinese vtubers. Billibilli is a ginormous hard filter for EOPs, and none ever pop up in my YouTube recs. On the other hand, I do get Chinese gunpla building and Gundam franchise commentary in my recs sometimes because GundamInfo subs their tv, manga, and promotional videos into traditional and simplified chinese. Also korean, which explains those korean videos about sexy anthropomorphized Pokémon.
