Considering there's such a short space of time where chuubas can incline to the point they can really make collabs happen and forge important connections, I'd say Pippa ruined it before it even began, and that's Kevin's fault for not laying down the law hard enough. At the same time, I think this is an important lesson for any other startup - make sure you set clear expectations for how your staff should behave, and really lay down the law if they don't tow the line.
